Keep your message short. Include your situation, number of occupants, budget, visit availability and possible move-in date.
Avoid generic wording. Show that you read the listing and that the property genuinely fits.
Make the file easy to read
Ten badly named files create a messy impression. Group documents by topic and use simple names.
For example: income-name.pdf, identity-name.pdf, rental-introduction.pdf.
Track replies
After each contact, note the date, channel, person reached and next step. That prevents awkward duplicate follow-ups.
A short reminder after a few days can help if the listing still seems active.
