These terms govern the use of Wimmio, an automated property monitoring service for Belgium.
1. Purpose
Wimmio helps users monitor public property listings, set criteria and receive personalized alerts.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
3. Eligibility
The service is reserved for adults with legal capacity to contract.
4. Account
You are responsible for your credentials, the accuracy of your information and actions performed through your account.
5. Subscription and payment
The Premium plan is billed at EUR 16.90 including VAT per month where VAT applies. Payment is made through Stripe when subscribing, then the subscription renews automatically each month until cancellation. Invoices, payment methods and renewals are handled through Stripe.
6. Cancellation, termination and withdrawal
You may cancel the subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal available from your account. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; Premium access remains active until the end of the period already paid. Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. If you request immediate access to the Premium service during that period and then exercise your withdrawal right, Wimmio may retain an amount calculated pro rata for the subscription period already used. The balance will be refunded through the original payment method. After the statutory withdrawal period expires, the current period is not refunded, except where legally required or in case of a billing error.
7. Acceptable use
You must not bypass limits, disrupt infrastructure, reuse service data at scale or infringe third-party rights.
8. Third-party content
Listings, prices, availability, images, brands and third-party content remain owned by their right holders. Wimmio provides factual signals and links, but only the listing published by the agency or original source is authoritative.
9. Availability
Wimmio is provided on a best-efforts basis. Prices, charges, availability or removals may change without Wimmio detecting them immediately. Users must verify the information directly with the agency or original source before making any decision.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account in case of abuse, fraud, non-payment or serious breach.
11. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Competent Belgian courts handle disputes not resolved amicably.
